Conversion Kit We have searched the world for the best, easiest to install, and affordable CNG conversion Kit part. We buy many parts direct from the manufacturers in Argentina, the World leader in CNG Conversion. Everything you need to convert to CNG is included in the kit. The kit contains the Regulator with mounting strap, High Pressure Tubing and Fittings, Pressure Gauge, Filling Nozzle with mounting strap, stepper motor, heater hose, fuel hose, Closed Loop Feedback System with wire harness, Fuel Change Over Switch with wire harness, Fuel Injector Emulator with wire harness, hose clamps, straps, and screws. The cylinder valve and cylinder are not included in the conversion kit. |

| Electronics Our Conversion Kits come with the best electronics available with all the proper parts to convert your vehicle. The kit includes; Closed Loop Feedback System, Change Over Switch, Level Gauge Indicator, Stepper motor which fine tunes the gas flow, Fuel Injector Emulator, and all wires and cables required. The controller comes preprogrammed for your engines requirements, so there is no programming needed. All you do is fine tune the regulator with the idle screw. |

| Regulator
and
Mixer The regulator reduces the high pressure from the cylinder to the a low safe operating pressure. The low pressure natural gas is delivered to a mixer that is installed at the intake of the throttle body via a low pressure hose and is controlled by the Closed Loop Feedback System and stepper motor which delivers the proper fuel for optimum performance. Our 3 to 6 cylinder gasoline kits come with a standard regulator. A high output regulator ugdrade is available. All 8 to 10 cylinder kits come with a high output regulator for more power and better performance. The high output regulator prevents the engine from running lean at high RPMs. The venturi type mixer provides great mixing of air and gas and provides great performance. |

Pressure Tubing The high pressure tubing delivers the CNG from the cylinder to the regulator. All our high pressure components are rated 3,000 psi. The tubing is carbon steel with a plastic coating for corrosion resistance. |

| Cylinder
Valve A cylinder valve is required but sold separately as some customers may have their own cylinder and valve. The cylinder valve is available with 3/4" NPT or 3/4" BSP thread. Our cylinders come with 3/4" BSP thread and is the type needed if ordering our type 1 and type 2 cylinders. Our cylinder valves come with 2 out ports so no tee is required when connecting multiple cylinders. Do not use this valve on USA cylinders with strait non tapered thread. |

| Cylinder The cylinder is purchased separately from the CNG conversion kit. The cylinder is required to store the CNG which is filled to 3,000 psi at your local CNG filling station via the filling nozzle. We have several sizes and types available for different applications. The pictured on the left are the Composite Type 2 cylinders. They are lighter weight and a little more costly. The picture to the right are the steel Type 1 cylinders which are a little heavier and cost a little less. Specifications and prices are on our PRICES page. |
