30 mpg on gasoline you will still get about the same 30 mpg on GGE of
natural
gas which cost as litte as $.88. That is like going from 30 mpg
to 90 mpg if you are spending 1/3 the cost for gas. In many areas
the cost of natural gas is regulated keeping the price low.

Reduced Performance -

our conversion kits for gasoline engines performance is reduced by
approximately
5% to 10% as natural gas has different physical attributes, and your
engine
was designed to run on gasoline.
Storage Space for Storage Tank -
The cylinder (Storage Tank) will need to be installed in the
trunk of most cars, in the truck bed of most trucks, or behind the back
seat of an SUV. A medium sized cylinder is 14" in diameter and
36" long and
weighs about 120 lb. In most cases the weight of the cylinder is
offset
by the reduced weight of the near empty gasoline fuel tank.
Gasoline
weighs about 8.5 lb per gallon, so 14 gallons of gas is equal in weight
to
a 120 lb cylinder.
Filling Station Availability -
Some areas of the United States have few or no filling
Sations. If you live in Utah, California, Oklahoma, or Canada you
are in the best areas to have a NGV.
